JP Morgan Chase Loan Modification BAU
For those who have applied for a loan modification trial through Chase and have gone through the "making home affordable" government program, Chase is now offering a program called "BAU".
Not sure what it is as of yet, but if you were denied a modification through Chase, you can now apply for the new program. I hope there is a better chance to get approved as the last one through the Obama administration has been a total disaster!

I have been trying to modify my loan since Mar 09. I send out all updated docs on a regular basis and nothing has happened yet. We thought we were going to get a trial mod, 2% for 5 years rt before X-mas, then when I called to make sure everything was in order, they said I didn't qualify for the other plan (Obama) but they were going to offer us a BAU loan mod. I am trying to keep the faith. I have to call weekly, sometimes twice a day, it is a nightmare but hopefully it is almost over.
